Originally formed by a Gingerbread lone parent group, we currently have a 50 place day nursery at the Highfield Children’s Centre, 3 out of school clubs at various locations in Keighley and holiday playschemes during all the school holidays.

Please tell us what we have done well this year
My child has been going to this nursery for 2 years and kiddicare has been truly amazing. He talks so highly about the staff all the time. The whole team has been so involved with him and so understanding with all of his appointments and fitting me with his hours that I needed to change so many times. I feel like you have become part of our family and I genuinely am so grateful to the time and effort you have put in him. He loves it there and he loves the people. I have learnt so much through the staff, it’s been an absolute pleasure. My child didn’t need 1-1 this year but the staff have really been invoked to ensure he still is being told when to go to the toilet etc I think everything for me has been amazing.
Please tell us what we could have done better
To be honest I think everyone has managed so well, there has been a lot of new faces come and go and I think everyone has adapted so well. I wouldn’t say there’s anything you can do better. What you do is perfect. It’s lovely, the whole environment, it’s been personal to the child and parents needs

Well where do I start from? My child has been with kiddicare from the age of 8 months from a very shy child to confident and relaxed. He has come a long way with all thanks to the staff at kiddicare. I really have no words to thank you all ,you worked with me in every way. Guided and advised me to get rid of my child’s dummy, nappies, sleeping on his own letting him be independent and many more. As a working class parent you made adjustments to my child’s days and hours that wold fit me. I’m so grateful for all your support and help throughout almost 5 years of my son’s life. I have so much love and respect for every member of the team. I really and honestly couldn’t point a finger at anything negative. You will all truly be missed. (Amazing group of Ladies)
